30 Day Fitness Challenge

Snagged this from a fellow blogger (whose blog is amazing btw: 20somethingconfessions) I’m going to take a crack at it, lord knows I could stand to lose a pound or two ;-). I’m curious to find out your health/fitness regimens. What works best for you? Here’s to good physical/mental health! Stay fit, my friends!

  1. So excited to start this when I get home! We can do it girl! I’m going to take a picture of my ever-increasing love handles today so I can compare it to how it looks 30 days from now. I wish I could start now but I’m at work >.<

      1. Thank you so much! Work has been keeping me very busy so this is a pleasant surprise! I’m going to write about the 30 day challenge sometime today. I missed a couple days due to being busy/lazy. So no more excuses from me just results 🙂

      2. Hahaha I did the same! I usually end up doing them right before bed, when my guilty conscience bullies me into it. “You’re not REALLY going to miss today’s exercises are you?!”
